Machining |
We have 16
CNC milling machines and 15 CNC turning machines in our
machine shop. Most of milling machines are four axis
machines. We have achieved a 6µ tolerance requirement for
hydraulic parts from Parker-Hannifin. We have a special team
of engineers and technicians who design and make tools and
fixtures for castingand precision machining.
In addition to secondary machining of our precision casting
parts, we are manufacturing CNC machined parts for major
world electronic manufacturers, and making prototype parts
for our customers. With more modern casting and precision
machining imported frequently, our purpose is to be one of
the best commercial machine shops in Shanghai. |

Mold Making |
Our mold shop
equipment includes five CNC machine centers, five EDM
machines, four wire cutting machines, three grinding
machines, and an advanced mold closing machine. Our mold
design team accepts all types of engineering drawings such
as IGES, ProE, SolidWorks, and
AutoCad.
Master CAM , JS flowing analysis software used as our
mold design tool.
Mold types include die casting mold, injection plastic
mold, stamping mold, and FRP mold.We make plastic mold for
the second largest refrigerator manufacturer in China. |

Casting |
17 imported
presses from 88 MT to 1400 MT locking force for Aluminum
alloy and zinc alloy die casting. The imported 1400MT Buhler
press from Switzerland, the most famous press for casting.
And vacuum assisted system are utilized for low porosity and
high quality.The annual production capacity of castings is
8,000 MT.
We are TS16949 certified companies with high quality
engineering products and service. ZEISS CMM and X-RAY,
Spectral analysis machine are apply to production. |

Plastic Injection
Molding |
|
Our plastic
injection shops have 20 injection machines which will
produce parts with a maximum weight of 1600 grams. The
majority of the injection machines are computer controlled.
The parts tolerance can be as tight as 0.005 mm and weight +
- 0.1 grams. |
