Mold Making

Our mold shop equipment includes five CNC machine centers, five EDM machines, four wire cutting machines, three grinding machines, and an advanced mold closing machine. Our mold design team accepts all types of engineering drawings such as IGES, ProE, SolidWorks, and AutoCad. MasterCAM , JS flowing analysis software used as our mold design tool.

Mold types include die casting mold, forging mold, injection plastic mold, stamping mold, and FRP mold.

We make plastic mold for the second largest refrigerator manufacturer in China.

Casting

Aluminum alloy die casting, Zinc alloy die casting, equipment: 15 presses from 88 MT locking force to 1400 MT locking force all imported, including two fully automated presses. Our die casting shop has a three shift working schedule. Our annual production output of castings is 8,000 MT.

Our new casting base in Nantong is up and running. We have ordered twelve cold chamber presses and two hot chamber presses from the Hong Kong based manufacturer Ligin Group- the largest die-casting machining manufacturer in Hong Kong. They range from 88MT to 630MT locking force.

Our Nantong Chuanlin plant now utilizes vacuum assisted die casting for low porosity and high quality.

Vacuum assisted system are utilized or low porosity and high quality.

Machining

We have 14 CNC milling machines and 11 CNC turning machines in our machine shop. Most of our milling machines are four axis machines. We have achieved a 6µ tolerance requirement for hydraulic parts from Parker-Hannifin. We have a special team of engineers and technicians who design and make tools and fixtures for CNC machining.

In addition to secondary machining of our precision casting parts, we are manufacturing CNC machined parts for major world electronic manufacturers, and making prototype parts for our customers. With more modern CNC machine imported frequently, our purpose is to be one of the best commercial machine shops in Shanghai.

Injection Mold Plastics

Our plastic injection shops have 20 injection machines which will produce parts with a maximum weight of 1600 grams. The majority of the injection machines are computer controlled. The parts tolerance can be as tight as 0.005 mm and weight + - 0.1 grams.

Fifteen numerically controlled machines, twenty-five general machines, six computer controlled tube bending machines and automatic welding machines. Two blasting machines, four vibrated finish machines, one chromative conversion shop, and one powder coating line, and one cleaning system line.
