Located at 5738 Hu-Yi Highway. Waigang, Jiading, the automobile city of Shanghai, Shanghai Chuanlin Precision Parts is well known for mold making and precision machining. Our machine shop has successfully developed a series of high precision parts that other machine shops failed to succeed in.

Hu-Yi highway is a major transportation channel from Shanghai to Jiangsu province. Only 30 km west from our facility there is the famous garden city Shuzhou. There is an ancient Chinese saying: "Above we have heaven, on earth we have Shuzhou and Hangzou."
Located in Industry Park of Changjiang Town, Nantong, an hour and forty minutes drive from Shanghai, this new up to date production base is established to meet large scale casting and machining needs of world class automotive and non-automotive Original Equipment Manufactures. This manufacturing facility will have the capability to do high pressure die casting, precision machining, heat treatment and assembling.
The production base has a total land area of 30,000 square meters and building area of 22,000 square meters planed.
11,000 square meters building has established where 3,500 square meters for dicasting, 7,500 square meters for trimming, machining and assembling. In the die casting area, we have 18 die casting machines from 88 MT to 1400 MT locking force. The brand new 1400MT Buhler die casting machine is the best die casting machine in the world. We planed to add three more large die casting machines very soon. Nantong Chuanlin is currently Tier 1 suplier of automotive industry. Nantong Chuanlin is also equipped with Zeiss CMM, DMG machine centers and x-ray equipment.
Kunshan Chuanlin Plastic Products LTD.
Located at East road of Xujia Villiage Penglang Industry district Kunshan, 15 minutes from Shanghai Chuanlin Precision Parts, Kunshan Chuanlin Plastics Products is a new joint venture of Shanghai Chuanlin and Zhenghua Plastics. The production base has a total area of 10,000 square meters and building area is 4,000 square meters. 20 injection machines from 30KN to 4680KN are capable of producing parts up to 1600 grams with weight varying ±0.1grams and dimension tolerance as tight as 0.005mm. We are currently ordering more than 10 new injection machines with capability as high as 6000KN to put in this new facility.
